Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 11 November in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 11 – Friday 15 November; Saturday 16 November (08.00 – 13.00)

Block A

● Brickwork to 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor

● Scaffold adaptation to brickwork as required

● Ceiling grid & boards installation, ground floor

● Plastering, ground floor walls

● Wall insulation, 1st floor

● Testing of mechanical pipework, 1st floor

● Installation of mechanical and electrical first fix, 3rd floor

● Brickwork to roof

Block B

● Scaffolding installation to perimeter – 5th floor

● Brickwork, ground floor perimeter & colonnade

● Internal blockwork to ground floor

● Internal walls, 1st floor

● Balcony doors 3rd floor

● External metal & boarding, 4th floor

● Roof truss installation & waterproofing

Block C

● Brickwork - ground -1st floor

● High level mechanical & electrical services, lower ground floor

● Ground floor – mechanical & electrical testing & inspection

● Internal walls – 1st & 2nd floor

● 3rd floor – insulation & floor screed

● Pitch roof covering & waterproofing

Otto Close

● Brickwork & blockwork, 3rd lift to houses 1-4

● Joist installation to houses 5-7

● Scaffold first lift to houses 8-11

Noisy works

● Plant movement (excavators and dumpers)

Deliveries

● Muck removal lorries in and out of main gate

● Concrete lorries in and out of the delivery gate

Notes/Future works

● Safety notice: Please ensure that all traffic signs and barriers aimed at passing pedestrians are observed at all times. Marshalls are on site monitoring all construction traffic, and we request that you follow their instructions, particularly if you are with children, for your and their own safety.
