Lovell’s Recent Portfolio

 

Regents Park, Camden

Lovell were appointed by Camden Council as the preferred contractor for the HS2 replacement homes project, which is delivering 116 new homes and community facilities over eight infill sites within the existing estate. A replacement community centre has been built in a central location. The project included new social rented homes, intermediate affordable housing, leaseholder units and homes for private sale by Camden.

The major regeneration project comprises 1,600 home mixed tenure regeneration of three estates in Royal Borough of Greenwich. This ongoing project has featured a progressive and complex decant process. The project is transforming this largely mono-tenure area into a vibrant mixed tenure community, which will promote social mobility, economic growth and social wellbeing. The regeneration scheme is helping provide major job and training opportunities locally.

 

The Electric Quarter, Ponders End

The new vibrant development will consist of 167 homes, including one, two and three bedroom apartments and four bedroom homes. The project will see the development of new homes, new commercial and retail space and the replacement of the library off the High Street and Queensway, with new high-quality public space open space and improved connectivity.
