Safety notice: Please ensure that all traffic signs and barriers aimed at passing pedestrians are observed at all times. Marshalls are on site monitoring all construction traffic, and we request that you follow their instructions, particularly if you are with children, for your and their own safety.
Thames Water works: Thames Water have started their connection of the water mains on Monday 14 October as planned. They have a footpath and road closure in place outside Gate 1, and works are planned to complete Thursday 24 October.
Pathway hoarding lighting: We have ordered new lights and mirrors for the hoarding by Otto Close and Rose Court which will be fitted this week.
Recycling/Rubbish collection, Otto Close: We have been informed that recycling bin collections have been missed which could be due to construction lorries blocking the road. Please note that the Lovell traffic marshalls will bring down the bins should the collection not take place before 8am and can also help with emptying the bins if required.
Change of Date – Meet the Contractor. We had previously asked you to ‘save the date’ for a meet the contractor event on 23 October. This will now take place later in November – we will send details once the date is confirmed.
