Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 14 October 2024 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Monday 14 - Friday 18 October
Block A
Brickwork to 2nd floor & main entrance atrium between blocks A & B
Internal walls
Floor screeding, 3rd floor & staircase
Mechanical & electrical installation - 1st & 2nd floor
Roof waterproofing works to gutter
Pitched roof covering works
Block B
Final clearance of materials by framework contractor
Hoist installation to transport materials between floors
Scaffolding installation to perimeter
Brickwork, ground floor
External boarding & windows installation, 1st floor
Floor screeding & internal walls, ground floor
Mechanical & electrical installation to generator room
Installation of remaining stacks through the building
The new Thames Water connection is planned to commence on Monday 14 October. They will be digging outside gate 1 on Sydenham Hill.
Block C
Internal walls, lower ground floor and high level mechanical & electrical services
Electrical installation to riser ground floor to 3rd floor
Internal walls, 1st floor
Window installation, 3rd floor

Safety notice: Please ensure that all traffic signs and barriers aimed at passing pedestrians are observed at all times. Marshalls are on site monitoring all construction traffic, and we request that you follow their instructions, particularly if you are with children, for your and their own safety.
Thames Water works: The new connection from Thames Water is planned to commence 14 October and is planned to complete withing nine days. Thames Water will be digging outside gate 1 to form the connection. When we have further information regarding these works and any road closures, we will share this with you.
