Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 7 April 2025 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.

Monday 7- Friday 11 April; Sat 12 April (08.00 - 13.00)

Block A

Rainwater connections to balconies
Closing walls in Ground floor entrance area
Curtain walling to atrium area
Mechanical riser door fireproofing
Finishing to corridors & ceilings
Snagging & finals to all apartments
Gable brickwork, 4th floor
Installing cladding to roof plant area

Block B

Brickwork, 4th & 6th floor perimeter
Mechanical & electrical testing & handover, ground floor apartments
Plastering & mistcoat 1st & 2nd floor apartments
Wall & ceiling closures, 3rd floor
Mechanical services lagging & sign off, 4th & 5th floor
High level mechanical service installation & testing, 6th floor
Felt & batten to 7th floor roof
Waterproofing to gutter

Block C

Plant connections in plantroom
Scaffold Strike starts
Mastic to external windows & movement joints
Tiling, 1st & 2nd floor bathrooms
Kitchen installations, 2nd floor
Ceiling closures & plastering, 3rd floor

Otto Close

Screed ground floor, roof covering & tiling, houses 1-7 *see deliveries
Installing roof trusses & dormas, houses 8-11

Deliveries

Screed vehicles will be in the road (Otto Close) on Monday 7 April
There will also be a scaffold collection on Tuesday 8 April at 9.30am which could partially block Otto Close.
If you need any help with deliveries or access whilst the vehicles are in the road, please contact Dion on 07901 737 269.

Notes/Future works

The works to move the fuse board from the garages took place on Monday 31 March. A load test was carried out and we are awaiting the results. Please let us know if you have further issues with the external lighting overnight/over the weekend.

Meet the Contractor Events

Please come along to Lovell’s Easter Egg hunt on Tuesday 8 April, 2- 4pm. All ages welcome! We will now be set up outside the estate Office in Lammas Green and look forward to seeing you then. (see attached poster).
