Staircase painting & conduit install
Removal of scaffold to lift shaft
Plastering & boarding of corridors & ceilings
Decoration of ground, 1st & 2nd floor apartments
Appliance delivery & installation, 2nd floor
Tiling - 3rd floor bathrooms & kitchens
Fire curtain installation, 3rd floor apartments
Vaulted ceiling boarding to 3rd floor
Electrical installation in atrium
Block B
Brickwork, 3rd floor perimeter & 5th floor
Painting liftshafts
Plaster to staircore
Mechanical & electrical first fix, ground floor apartments
High level mechanical services installation, 4th & 5th floor
Internal walls, 6th floor
Roof truss installation to 4th floor roof
Block C
Plant connections in plantroom
Brickwork, 3rd floor
Removal of scaffold to lift shaft
Ceiling & corridor wall closures & plastering
Snagging & inspection of high-level services, 3rd floor
Tiling to roofs
Otto Close
Blockwork to 2nd floor, houses 1-2
Scaffold ‘birdcage’, houses 3-4
Roof covering, houses 5-7
Brick & blockwork for 2nd floor, houses 8-11
No large deliveries to Otto Close expected this week
Future works/deliveries
The smaller crane is now due to be removed on Saturday 15 March. We will notify you in next week’s update of further details, as it may be that this may run past 1pm.
