Please find below the activities that are scheduled to take place from the week commencing Monday 23 June 2025 in connection with the Sydenham Hill Estate Redevelopment Project.
Monday 23 -Friday 29 June; Saturday 30 June (08.00 – 13.00)
Bean Tree Court, Block A
Snagging & finishing to all apartments ongoing, followed by cleaning & inspection
Lift commissioning continues
Removal of temporary power & lighting to block
Tiling to entrance area floor
Paving to terraces & landscaping to perimeter
Block B
Decoration to various apartments - ground - 2nd floor
Kitchens & tiling, 3rd – 5th floor
Plastering & boarding corridors, 6th floor
Curtain wall installation to atrium including glass
Scaffold strike to perimeter continues
Remedial work to slab in cycle store
Block C
Corridor ceiling finishes
Final decorations to various apartments
Tiling to bathrooms & kitchens – various apartments
Electrical 2nd fix various apartments
Flooring, ground & lower ground apartments
Otto Close
Scaffold strike to houses 2-4, zinc to low roof - houses 1-4
Roof tiling, rear windows, internal walls & pipework first fix - houses 5-7
Roof tiling, setting out of internal walls – houses 8-11
Pitch
Demolition continues, including removal of materials.
Deliveries
There is likely to be a scaffold collection this week – we will let you know if this is likely to block the road (Otto Close).
Fire Drill
The fire drill has been postponed to Wednesday 25 June - the muster point is on Sydenham Hill outside the gate
